About the event
We'll start with a free Pilates Mat Class from 1pm - 2pm, leaving you feeling stronger, more flexible, and more balanced. Exercise modifications and variations will be offered during the class, making it accessible to people of all fitness levels. No experience is necessary! If you have a mat, please bring one :)
Refreshments and demos on the equipment will follow from 2pm - 4pm. The studio is fully equipped, so you can experience the reformer, cadillac, ladder barrel, wunda chair, and more!
Discounts on packages for private sessions and classes will be offered to everyone who attends, but the will only be available the day of the event.
