Movement is Life

When the body stops moving, it stagnates and shuts down.  Once you introduce movement to an area of the body that has begun to shut down, the blood starts flowing, oxygen goes back to the muscles, and life is restored. 

It's the same with life.  The moment you stop growing and evolving is the moment you start to wither and your light starts to dim.  I get that continuing to push forward can be scary, but there's always something on the other side.  You can continue to move forward wounded by your past, or you face it and transform those wounds into wisdom.  I'm hoping to inspire you--to move you--to continue forward through the things that are most difficult to face.  On the other side is your most fully and honestly expressed version of yourself.
