Semi-Private Pilates Class

Service Description

This small group setting is intended to give you a personalized Pilates session utilizing all of the Pilates apparatus. Our hope is for you to gain ownership of the exercises, so our instructors can give you a custom workout dependent your body's needs and abilities regardless of the other participants in class.
